| A tiny, tiny, tiny percentage of potential users have trouble logging in.
1) Make sure you have cookies turned on. 2) Make sure both your spam blocker and ISP's spam blocker allow emails from the domain bobhaircuts.com. 3) Make sure you are allowing JavaScript to run in your browser. The vast, vast, vast majority of users appear to be able to sign up and log in with no problem. So we're pretty sure this mysterious problem is not with our web site or the registratio system. Hopefully the above tips will help prevent or get past any problems. |
