| Hi everyone. I joined the Bob Worship page after
looking several times. I love the website. Now here is my problem. A week after my 45th birthday last month as I was halfway to growing my hair into a short Bob, I saw a picture and cut it off:( I have no idea why, posssibly because my stylist thought it would be a nice change. Now I'm miserable, the sides are cut above my ears, but I might be able to get away with a stacked back, until the sides and top layers grow out. Does anyone think a half bob, stacked back and no hair on the sides would look stupid? Help I'm really hating my hair and just want an in between cut that somewhat resembles a bob. I know I was an idiot to cut it off, but have you ever done that to your hair and regretted it? I certainly do. Any advice would be appreciated. jazzcat |

When I read your entry I thought I was reading something that I had written!! I have done what you did many,many times over and everytime I do it I swear that it is the last time I will cut my hair...ever! I see really cute cuts and do it on a whim. This is what I did a year ago to stop the cutting. I wrote up a contract with my mom and signed it that I wouldn't cut it for a year. Guess what? It worked! It has been a year this May and I finally have the bob that I have wanted forever. There are still days when I want to cut it but I just tell myself how unhappy I will be if I do it! Good luck with the growing out period....you can do it! |

| I have also done the same, cut it and then regretted it, I have also been growing mine for the last year and now have the bob haircut that I want. I think its the best haircut in the world and I shall now never change it. So persevere it will come right. Regards Doreen |
