| Hello,
I'm new to the board but have adored bobs for years. I used to have a bob myself (more like a pob) but unfortunately work demanded I had it cut. I'm looking to grow it out again now as I'm no longer in the same line of work (yippee!). Anyway, I'm looking for friends who want to help and encourage me to grow my bob back...I have a long way to go yet though. I am willing to provide any number of photos (and photos of how my hair used to look). Thanks Dave |

Another bobbed guy - outstanding! I had my hair bobbed a few years ago (sans fringe/bangs) but got it cut short due to reasons that have honestly been lost in the midst of time. I decided around a year ago to regrow my bob (this time with a fringe/bangs) and I am well on my way. I'm self employed so am free to do what I will with my hair - but from what I can ascertain, bobbed hair on guys is getting more acceptable (here in the UK at least) for those who want to take the plunge. It's the only hairstyle I have ever been genuinely happy with - I like it even more this time around with the fringe/bangs. Viva Le Bob! |

Thanks for replying to mail post...and sorry it's taken me so long to reply! It's so great to hear from another UK bobbed man! My hair is well on the way to bob territory now. I had a trim at the end of November - the first since July! I don't intend to go again til the end of April. | i wish i could get my hair back so that i could get my done , but i would like mine to have bangs,about at the eyebrows,combed straight down kinda something like johnny ramones hair.but unfortunatly i can't afford to get my hair back . i'm not bald but thined out and just don't have enough to get it done .i would be the best friend to anyone that could help i'd do anything.for the help |

| It will be interesting following your progress and reading about your Bob hair adventures. I know it will change your world in a very pleasant way. Just imagine tilting your head back and feeling the bottom of your Bob hair touching the back of your neck. If you don't find that sensual I’ll be surprised.
